On November 18, 2025, activists from Palästina Aktionsbündnis Leipzig presented over 5,000 signatures to Nam Duy Nguyen (member of the state parliament, Die Linke) in Dresden, demanding an end to German arms deliveries to Israel via Leipzig/Halle airport. The planned meeting did not take place on the premises of the Die Linke parliamentary group in Saxony; instead, it was held in a café, as the parliamentary group refused Nguyen access to its rooms and asked him not to meet with the activists there.
