In May 2024, Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung commissioned Tomer Dotan-Dreyfus to write an article about being Jewish in Germany after October 7. He wrote a text about how Germany restricts diversity of opinion in the name of the fight against antisemitism and the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung then refused to publish the article. It was published on October 9 by Analyse & Kritik instead.
