Urania Berlin canceled a planned event featuring French historian Vincent Lemire, who was set to present his graphic novel on Jerusalem's history. The cancellation came after politician Volker Beck withdrew his participation at short notice, citing Lemire's critique of France’s disregard for international law in relation to their refusal to arrest Israel's prime minister.
